How long will the repair take?
That very much depends on the job to be undertaken. Some repairs take a little as a few hours, while other require a couple of days. Once the repair estimate has been provided, we will be able to advise how long the work will take.
How long do you need the car for?
Much like the question above, it depends on the job. We strive to turn most jobs around same day. Unless you have been advised otherwise cars that are with us at the start of the day, will be completed by the end of the day.
Where do I need to bring the car?
If you have agreed to bring the car to us, the workshop is in Summerhill Douglas. Full details are on the Contact us page of this website.
Do you collect the car?
Yes. We offer Island wide collection and return.
Are you insured to drive my car?
Yes. We have a fully comprehensive motortrade insurance policy which covers our drivers for all vehicles in our care.
Do you provide Courtesy cars?
At this time we do not. However we plan to have them available in the first half of 2026.
How do I pay you?
We can provide bank details for you to transfer to us. Alternatively we accept card payments, cheque, and good old cash.
How much is it is I pay cash?
The price remains unchanged regardless of payment method. All jobs go through the books and are subject to VAT at 20%.
Can you repair at my home?
At the moment we are not offering mobile repairs.
